The label on the back of the product unit specifies the correct power supply voltage to purchase.
Return and refund policy
1. LZR7 Inc. will repair or replace, at their discretion, the UltraBright unit for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or misuse, nor does it cover routine servicing costs, especially when using it on furry animals.
3. Dismantling this equipment during the warranty period will invalidate the warranty.
4. UltraBright will accept the return of our products for 30 days after purchase.
5. There will be a 20% restocking fee.
